Southern Cross Insurance Solutions and The Midwife Plan are excited to attend the Midwives Association of Florida Conference 2013!  We are proud to participate as a Platinum Sponsor, as well as conduct two CEU sessions.  The CEU sessions will be “Professional Liability Insurance 101” and “Risk Managament for Adverse Outcomes”.  We will be attending September 20-21.

The theme for the Midwives Association of Florida Conference 2013 is “It Takes a Village”.  The theme speaks to the importance of each person’s role within the birthing community.  From parents, midwives, doulas, childbirth educators, to the doctors, nurses, babies, and other family members & friends, each plays a special role.
